    3. Prepare to Pitch: If selected, you’ll pitch live during the Pre-Selection Event.

    If you advance to the Final, you will receive an official invitation from the Tulum Crypto Fest organizers with detailed instructions.

    • Application Deadline: Friday, December 13th, 2024, by 6:00 PM.

    • Pre-Selection Live Event: Saturday, December 14th | 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM.

      • Presentations: 3 minutes each.

      • Multimedia support will not be available at this stage.

    • Final Contest: Sunday, December 15th | 5:10 PM – 6:30 PM.

      • Finalists will have 12 minutes total for their pitch, including Q&A with judges.

      • Widescreen digital presentations are allowed but must be submitted by 12:00 PM on Sunday, December 15th.

    • 4:50 PM: 2023 Winner Update - Green Mining DAO.

    • 5:10 PM – 6:30 PM: Six Finalist Pitches.

      • 2 minutes: Project Overview.

      • 8 minutes: Full Pitch.

      • 3 minutes: Judge Q&A.

    • 6:30 PM: Judge Panel and Event Closing.
